Listen, my buddy called me up.

He had seen this film that I did that everybody fell in love with this film, Emily

the Criminal, that we had debuted at Sundance and did really, really, really well.

For me, it's probably the biggest change in my career since Sons. Like, it was Sons, and then I feel like it was Emily.

Emily, like, did something with the industry, like, critically, and it had the industry, like, in a chokehold.

They just loved it. So my buddy, Craig Zobel, who was the director of the first three,

executive producer, you know, part of it with Matt Reeves, who created the Batman, the new

version of the Batman. They called me up, and he was like, you want to do the show, I can only tell you this much. And because I'm such a giant fan of Craig as a filmmaker,

he did this show, Mayor of East Town and a couple other of these indies that I love. I was like,

yeah, sure, of course. You don't even need to tell me anything. I'll just do it. And it's,

it's good. It's a whole different world.

I like, I like smaller stuff like Emily the Criminal.

I like Indies.

I like, um, like we just finished this one called Come With Me that are, you know, they're

smaller budget.

They're more family oriented.

They're more, meaning like everyone on it is my crew, and it's

like we doing these like action thriller or thrillers, like dark, you know, whatever. But it's more,

those are much bigger machines, like Army of the Dead and Penguin and Luke Kate. Those are

bigger studio things. Like I have this movie coming out in December called Carry On with me and Jason Bateman
