Kandallini, the most popular yoga studio in LA and tons of celebrities take this class, but at the Rama Institute

there's only one true star, Guru Jagat. Guru Jagat breezes into her pack studio 15 minutes late as usual. She's 37 and dressed in all white. Her long blonde hair is tucked up into a turban

and she's bent over her phone sending rapid fire texts and she's trailed by an entourage of assistance. One of them holds her laptop. Another one

carries her $50 smoothie and a third lugs around her bag. It's a huge colorful sack hand woven by Colombian women. That's exactly the bag I picture her carrying. Yes, absolutely.

So everyone heads into the practice room where Guru Jagat sits on a raised platform in between a giant gong and frame photos of herself. As the kids say, it's a vibe.

Guru Jagat starts guiding her clients through vigorous poses and exercises.
