because there have been lots of weird ambient noises that we're trying to position ourselves as far

from as possible. So fingers crossed that this one works. It's very warm out here today too. So we

have to stay in the shade. So that's our only caveat, noise and shade.

Yes.

So what are you wearing?

We know it's not a hand knit today because it's in the 90s.

Not today, but last week it was foggy and chilly and lovely.

And I wore my sorrel pullover.

Sorrel is a pattern by the designer wool and pine, and I made mine back in January of 2020,

which of course, we all know, was the start of what became the current global pandemic

we are living through.

So I have had limited opportunity to wear this sweater.

And so I was really excited to wear it. And I was wearing it at work. And somebody came in and

asked me what sweater it was. And I got to talk a little bit about it. So it was very exciting.

You looked very cute in it.

Thank you. So Sorrel is a pullover that has what I believe are called on the pattern smocked,

slipped stitches, which basically looks like an extra large column of slipped stitches. I don't know how else to describe it.

It looks, when you slip stitches, you get that nice little, almost like a braid going through your knitting.

And this one is just a jumbo version of that.

Yeah, good description.

And so these columns of the extra large slipped stitches reach from the neckline down through the entire yoke all the way around the sweater.
