| 0:34.6 | But it is a beautiful day. |

| 0:39.3 | It's absolutely gorgeous. And if you hear, ah, ah, |
| 0:42.3 | in the background, that's the roller coaster going by. |
| 0:46.3 | Yeah, the boardwalk is, I don't know, not quite a quarter mile to our right-hand side, |
