And something that I recently discovered,

Dave and I have been, you know, obviously eating at home a lot in the last

eight or so months. And we've been getting a CSA box every week, which is great, so like

lots of fresh produce. And discovering a that you can actually cut up the stem and put in the leaves and eat all of it.

Like, you know, unlike big-ass broccoli where it comes on a branch that you don't want to deal with and you just, you know,

dump it right into your compost heap.

Brokalini, you can eat the stems and they give you a nice crunch.
