Summary

In 2008, Faye Winward, a single mother of four, finds the perfect condo for herself and her children. But shortly after the Winward family moves in, the children begin hearing terrifying, demonic laughter and are haunted by the spirit of a small child. When Faye has her own terrifying paranormal experience, she takes action to keep her family safe.
