Yeah, I'm doing good. It's been a good time out here in Colorado.

So one of the things that I wanted to talk to you about because our senior producer, Alexis

Amarose, is into trail running or is interested in at least hearing more about trail running

from my part.

I am petrified of trail running for two things, one hurting myself because I'm clumsy.

And two, I mean, I think I've done too many stories about people going missing in rural

areas or forested areas by themselves.

So there's two things, both self preservation.
