First off, I just want to say thank you to everybody who's 20 and right now, if it's

the morning, afternoon, evening, whenever it is, wherever you are, thank you for your

support.

The podcast actually is doing the best it's ever done this week in numbers, so I'm just

so grateful for this community.

I think we're truly doing something neat here and y'all are just feeling me with energy,

so I appreciate that.

You know, the way that we speak is very powerful and I think we need to give more intention

and attention to the way we are speaking because I believe our words, I believe our tonality,

our vibration, creates life, brings meaningful experiences to our existence.

Imagine you're on a date with your significant other and they tell you they love you, but

while they tell you they love you, they're scrolling on TikTok, they have spaghetti hanging

out their mouth and they're not even looking at you in the eyes.

How would you receive that I love you?

Because I love you is a powerful phrase, it's a powerful saying, powerful words, isn't

it?

Now, scenario two, let's say you're on the date again and your significant other says,

I love you, but when they say I love you this time, they're looking at you in the eyes,

they gently grab your hand and they give you the attention you deserve.

How do you think you're going to receive that I love you and that scenario?
