And welcome to a new show here on War Chant.

Teased it a little bit and a comment on the smash earlier this week that we had a surprise coming Friday.

And it's a little bit of a collaborative show.

The War Path.

This is a recruiting-based podcast for Florida State that we're going to try to do every Friday for the most part.

That could change.

But right now it's every Friday.

And it's in collaboration with the Osceola, as we have wrong side, Nick here, who is

recruiting writer. This has been something that has been in the works for a long time behind

the scenes. Me and Ira have really talked about it for probably close to two years now.

And it all came together really quickly, as Nick can tell you too, that within the last week,

week and a half is when this finally started coming together and this finally started becoming

a thing, the warpath.

We even had a last minute name change last night.

That's how fast we're putting this together.

But yeah, really, really excited to get this going. It's clearly the youngest podcast on the beat. I think, I think we have that locked down. We have, because you're what? You're 24 now? Yeah, I'm 24. Yeah, I'm 24. Yeah, I'm 24. He's 26. So it's by far. I don't think, I mean, I guess Zach's on a podcast, but he's probably the only one. Plus two. We're 20. 28. My bad. My bad. I think we're still, I think we still hit that demographic, though. We're definitely the youngest Florida State podcast in terms of average age. Probably you can find out there. But no, this is something really exciting that, first of all, thank you, Matt, for allowing us at the Osceola to be a part of it. For those of you who don't know, Matt and I have known each other for close to three years now, obviously doing very similar jobs, obviously him for Warchant, me for theosciola.com. We spent a lot of time together, maybe a little bit too much time together,

out at the Moore Center,

waiting to talk to kids.

A lot of, I mean, every official visit weekend,

unofficial visit, we're out there all the time, basically.

So much so that I think I've probably seen you slam north of 50 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits from from McDonald's, something like that. McBuffins. My order is three McMuffins. Sorry. My order is three McMuffins and then a Coke, I think it is. I forget. It's been a while. I've seen him slam a lot of them. So, but we're incredibly excited to bring this new project to y'all.

And, of course, things are evolving as we get a little bit more feedback on the show, more of what you guys would like to see.
