Everything is upside down in order to be Christians, we have to stand on our heads to look at

Jesus certainly must have made the crowds stand on their heads when he said blessed

Paradoxes all the way through Scripture, and today's subject is a paradox, isn't it?

What may look like death is revealed as life, to obey is to begin to live, to live spiritually.

But as any tiny little taught that you're trying to teach to obey, knows obedience means

He doesn't get to do what he wants to do.

He has to do what mommy wants him to do, and that requires a radical form of death.
