Summary

During the swell of the Satanic Panic, New England’s premiere paranormal investigators, Ed and Lorraine Warren, headed to the Pennsylvania home of Jack and Janet Smurl, who believed they were beset by unwelcome visitors: demonic ones. The Smurls’ strange experiences were chalked up to a cash grab by some, but could they have truly been in need of an exorcism--or was the problem actually a different supernatural phenomena?
