coffee chat episode. If you are new here, hi I'm Sarah Jane. Every Monday we

catch up. We have a little coffee, maybe you have tea, and we talk about what I'm learning right now. We talk about things that are going on behind the scenes, good things in my life, what happened last week, what I'm feeling vulnerable about, all the stuff.

We do a self-care challenge and we just hang out.

All right, this is an unscripted what I'm learning right now like I have not even done an outline for this one. It's just like I want to speak from my heart on it. I guess, is the way to phrase it.

And that is not necessarily a lesson I'm learning for myself.

And when I say what it is, you'll be like,

oh, yeah, of course, that's not your lesson right now.

But it is something that is top of mind for me at the moment, and I think it is something I'm learning right now.

So the lesson for this week is

clarity comes through action.

And I'm seeing this everywhere. We talked about it in the purpose episode, just

kind of how much it came up in that conversation when you're seeking your purpose, that

you don't find it somewhere, you build it through the things that you do and the experiences that you have.
