0:41.3	I am excited to learn more about commercial real estate. I feel like commercial is the mystery box, right?
0:47.3	Residential, we understand. We live in houses. We buy and sell houses.
0:52.3	We understand what realtors do. We understand that.
0:55.4	Land on some level, I understand, right?
0:58.6	It's pretty easy to understand what you can do with land.
1:01.9	But commercial, besides this building that we're in, which was an interesting process to go through,

1:17.3	right? It's the biggest goal that most real estate entrepreneurs have is owning big time apartment

1:27.9	When we think about dreaming big, it's not just, you know, I want to own a hundred of these
1:33.5	little houses in Detroit or Indianapolis or something like that. I want to own big pieces of
1:39.9	commercial real estate. Like, why is it so, I mean, is the information out there kind of like
1:46.6	guarded or people kind of not telling us the full story about commercial? I think that's a great
1:52.2	question. I wouldn't say that it's guarded, but it's more so a situation of you don't know what
1:58.5	you don't know. Sure. You touched on the asset classes already.
