Summary

With 7 victims already found dead, the local police tried to appease families by creating a task force, but yet another body was found. Soon it would become apparent that the corruption plaguing the community for decades was powerful enough to infiltrate the task force, too. Years passed, suspects’ names were whispered by neighbors, but no arrests were made.
