like give it some time.

Being new, I fully understand, feeling a bit desperate

I know my gosh, they're gonna be the person to change everything no you have to let that go.

No one's gonna come in and completely transform your business like that just it doesn't happen it's

synergistic like everyone has to flow and get along and the culture it gets not one person's going to change everything
