It's been a while since we have covered the Idaho murders on the murder sheet.

We've gotten some requests to look into some of the recent updates in that case.

And so we spent some time pouring over some of the latest filings,

and we're going to talk about what we found.

I would say that in recent weeks, the biggest issue that's caught people's attention about this case

is some court filings involving Bethany Funk.

Basically, the defense wanted her to testify at the preliminary hearing.

And so that raises a couple of questions.
