Rich, it is 8 o'clock, I assume that you have something for us. I just have something that I'm kind of now fascinated with a certain person.

And it's somebody that when I read the story, I said to myself,

why does this sound vaguely familiar?

Maybe not the story itself, but the subject of the story.

And here's a news report that came out the day before yesterday.

And not getting a sandwich lands that came out the day before yesterday.

And not getting a sandwich lands one man in handcuffs.

State police in Uniontown say 39-year-old Justin Jalots hit a 15-year-old boy that he knew in the face yesterday and hit his head off a wall several times after the teen apparently didn't make him a sandwich.

Jalots calls himself the Union Town Ninja, and he's now behind bars facing simple assault charges.

Okay.

For some reason, the name the Union Town Ninja rang a bell, and Fred, this is somebody that we've met before.

There is a guy running around rural Pennsylvania

dressed as a ninja for the past 13 years

and getting in trouble with the law.

Like he has been a near-do-well.

We've talked about him, yeah.

Apparently, he never leaves the house not dressed like a ninja.

But you can't.
