Going out with a bang!
What better way to see out the year than to chew the fat over a few glasses of wine with one of my favourite people...
It was a pleasure to invite back one of our most popular guests to date, marketing guru, businessman, and investor Billy Farrell. His authentic, bullshit free approach to life and business was such a hit the first time around that a follow up episode was always on the cards. What the listeners might be surprised to know is that at the time of recording that first episode, Billy’s life had literally just exploded. The night before we recorded, his 18 year relationship and marriage had come to an abrupt end, whilst also dealing with various other major life challenges.
Billy talks openly about how he overcame his challenges and vulnerabilities and navigated his way through the storm to have his best year ever, both personally and professionally. It’s been far from easy but he turned the pain into power and completely transformed all areas of his life, including his health. Nothing was off the cards in this interview and I can guarantee for anyone looking to embrace their inner stoic, this episode is a must!

1:13.7 | Careful. And what was good about it was going through all the stoic stuff and having |
1:19.2 | that chat right after what happened, which I'll bring back in a minute. It was actually very useful |
1:25.0 | for me as well because it was a remainder to me about how my best self thinks, about how when I'm |
1:31.7 | in that powerful place, how I should be thinking to get through hard shit. And then in the 78 months, |
1:41.2 | not a long time, not a name once or so, since we spoke last. In that time, this year pretty much |
1:49.2 | has been the hardest year of my life, but also the most transformational, which is pretty cool. |
1:56.7 | So I had a thing that happened, obviously very personal, but anybody knows me more. |
2:02.4 | Just you and I, nobody else. I know what I was going to do. I'm not a big audience here. |

2:17.2 | before that girl was involved as well. And it was the day before that the chat had taken place, |
