I love being at the Polynesian and it kind of, we, this was not intended that we were going to Leslie here. Thanks for joining us today. I love being at the Polynesian and it kind of we this was not intended that we were going to record here, but we're here for a couple of different things and it was taking a little longer than expected and we were like, you know what, while we're waiting, let's go ahead and just record. It'll be fun to have the music in the background, the vibe and the little bit of noise and whatnot.

So hopefully you guys don't hate it too much.

Yeah, so full disclosure, they have a lot of construction going on in the parking lot of the main Polynesian, just right in front of the Green Ceremonial House.

They're like redoing the bus loop and the entrances and exits.

So it'll be pretty interesting. But anyway, like

kind of the third of the parking lot is shut down right now. So we came over here to do a dining

review at Trader Sam's and they told us that you can no longer just park and do it and do any

sort of thing that doesn't require a reservation. So they were going to send us to the TTC.

So we went through and turned around to leave, and I got a one-person reservation at Conna Cafe. And we went to, and it was for like an hour and a half later. So we parked here at the Polynesian. We went in, put our names at Trader Sam's. We were still going to do the one person reservation at Kona Cafe, but I just put it for one

just because if we didn't end up doing it, it would only be a $10 charge. So we went up there to, we were just going to have a drink, and we told them that our plans changed and we weren't going to stay very long. They're like, no problem, we'll just cancel your reservation, no charge. I'm like, okay, that works too.

So we are currently waiting for our Trader Sam's reservation to be called.

Yes, so that's why we are here with a lot of time because it was like two and a half to three hour wait. And, you know, so what are you going to do other than record a podcast? And we did put our name into Trader Sam's at like 345 or 350.

And it's a Wednesday, y'all.

So Trader Sam's is definitely popular.

You absolutely want to put your name in early or make sure that you have plenty to do while
