| 1:26.9 | Take a breath in, release that breath and be aware of where you are right now. |
| 1:38.4 | Be aware that you have made the decision to be present and to meditate. |

| 1:56.3 | Meditation is called a practice because it is exactly that. |
| 2:04.8 | Every time we meditate, that practice follows primates. |
| 2:15.7 | We allow the practice as it evolves, as it unfolds. |
| 2:25.2 | It is okay and whatever way you feel right now, that's okay. |
