Today we have a really emotional but interesting show for you.

If you have ever seen the show Meeting the Putmans, this is Meet the Puttmans.

This is a story about their family, one that you may know, you may not know.

They're an amazing family here in Michigan. I know them. I got to know them when I was campaigning and got to know the matriarch and patriarch of that family.

And they have recently suffered a tragedy and lost not only the matriarch and patriarch of that family. And they have recently suffered a tragedy and lost not only the

matriarch and patriarch of their family, but also one of the children's wives as well. And we'll get

into all of that. I want you guys to stick around because that's so important to me to tell that

story and how that's impacted them in their

community and how they've used their faith to really spread God's love throughout this tragedy,

which just I think is amazing.

Like I think about what they've been through this sudden loss and what they've done to spread the joy of the gospel

has been incredible. And that's why right now I want to talk to you about another group.

It's called Compassion.com. It's a it's a group that does the same thing just in different

communities. And that's why I feel like it meshes so well. I've told

you the story about Alejandra. I want to talk to you about her again. She lives in a remote

community. She has very little resources, no health care, and she got sick. There were no doctors

in her community. They didn't really have any options. They had no options for real medical

care. And by the third day of her sickness, she literally looked at her mom and said, I can't

take the pain anymore. I can't keep going. And imagine as a parent hearing that they just drove
