culture and I think a lot of people are going, what's changing in the United States, what happened

last week, how has that been impacted by the way people feel and live every single day?

So I know I don't know all the answers on that. And I found someone who I think does know a lot of

the answers, has been studying it and can help walk us through that. And I found someone who I think does know a lot of the answers has been studying it

and can help walk us through that. And his name is Paul Ann Leitner. And I'm so happy he's here.

He's a cultural theologian who writes and speaks on the intersection of religion, culture,

philosophy, and science. Paul, thank you so much for showing up to the show today.

Hey, it's great to be with you, Tudor. Thanks for having me on.

Absolutely. I always look for something a little bit different to talk about. I think everybody

can kind of get mired in the same topics every single day. And I saw some of your tweets.

And I was like, wow, that's really interesting. The way you look at the world and the way you see how culture has impacted, how we're living.

And I think that if you watch the mainstream media every day, you would think we're all living one way.

But I saw you, you are actually looking at like, yeah, people are showing up for Top Gun.

People are talking about

buying traditional homes and going back to traditional lifestyles. Tell me about that. You know,

it's funny that you mentioned, like, when people are watching traditional media, that they feel

like they're maybe getting a totally different narrative. And, you know, probably 10 years ago,

I decided that it wasn't in the best health for my soul to daily

consume cable news. So as a practice, I pretty much only turn on cable news once every four years.
