twitch and it was a really really good conversation.

But this was with my new friend Heather, who has had an absolutely amazing weight loss journey,

has dealt with surgeries, getting boxed surgeries, she got a weight loss surgery,

she's had multiple loose skin surgeries and dealing with

haters and it's just a really really interesting podcast just a really

interesting conversation and one thing that I was really really happy about and I was surprised about was which is how open she was

about all of the things that she's been through. I'm really excited for you guys

Why are you on the channel? Why do you believe you're on the channel I guess would be a

better question and yeah just give people I guess a little bit of a rundown if you are

I mean my name's Heather I basically you know I had bariatric surgery it'll actually be this month

I'll be five years post-stop and from there you know I used to be 356 pounds and I lost a ton of freaking weight and it's just been a journey ever since between everything and I've you know been just kind of doing my thing and I just keep on keep it on.
