Summary

The Truth of extra effort starts with understanding that you need to create a new room. If that doesn't make sense then you need to listen to the show. Also, every single person has two constant things that happen to them from the time they are born to they deal with gravity and self-talk.  You cant change gravity but you can change the way you talk to yourself.
