And one thing that we all should be caring about is algorithms, right? Social media algorithms are a growing concern.

I am concerned about it.

I, like everyone else, seems to be addicted to social media. I try to set up some

boundaries for myself. But have you thought about this? Have you thought about

this in terms of its manipulation of

information potentially? Have you thought about this in terms of how you're

feeling about yourself? This pervasive influence of social media algorithms on our

daily lives has brought us this profound impact and potentially on our health. These algorithms are designed to

maximize user engagement. They are there to manipulate you, to have you continue to scroll.

There's so much to unpack about all of this stuff.

I'm not even getting to all of the dopamine type effects, but it's all of the polarized content that elicits

strong emotional reactions that sensationalize this content that aligns with your existing beliefs

that gives you more and more of that same thing and has you kind of ending up into these pillars and are you getting all the information?

Well according to my researchers and our research, it's not happening, right?

But there's some interesting information here that I want to explore with you.

This kind of constant bombardment of polarizing

emotionally charged, potentially harmful content in our feeds is this expressing itself in increased stress, anxiety, and even
