Hello, friends, and welcome back to the Liz Moody podcast.

If you have ever wondered what it's like to freeze eggs or embryos, I am going to share my

0:08.5

entire personal story today, including how we decided that this was the solution for us,

0:13.7

what the entire process was like, and the really surprising symptom that caught me

0:19.3

very off guard. Today, I am joined by my husband, Zach, and we are

0:23.8

going to get into all of the details. We will be sharing our exact numbers at the end of the

0:29.2

episode just to be sensitive to anyone who might not want to hear them. So you can listen to the

0:34.7

entire episode and then we will be very clear when we are about to get

0:38.2

into the amount of eggs, the amount of embryos, all of that kind of stuff. And if you want to hear

1:23.6

Time to develop things a little bit more like our careers.

1:30.6

Time to check through various bucket list items, especially since we've kind of added more things to our bucket list recently.

1:36.3

And I think more than anything, time to kind of sit in the space that we are in right now, because our life has changed a lot in the last few

1:47.6

years and we really like kind of where present has gotten us. And it just didn't necessarily

1:53.1

feel like quite the right time to gear shift to a whole another phase of life. Yeah, I totally

1:58.6

agree. It is interesting because once you have a kid, you're a parent
