That was Dan Coates, the Director of National Intelligence, responding to questions from Andrea

Mitchell during an interview at the Aspen Security Forum.

The Aspen Security Forum is an annual event in which US National Security officials, intelligence,

agency leaders, government contractors, and journalists all shmuz with each other and

discuss the pressing issues of the day.
