ago when that man hugged him and said, hold on. And now here's Andrew. Welcome to our Friday's

broadcast of the gospel truth. Today is the end of five weeks that I've been teaching on a series

that I've entitled the true nature of God. And I've been teaching on a series that I've entitled

the true nature of God. And I tell you, this is one of my favorite things to teach on.

What it does is reconcile the harshness of the Old Testament, the judgment, the punishment, the

rejection, and all of those things with the mercy

of the New Testament. And some people think God is schizophrenic? They wonder, is he going to be

forgiving and loving like he was towards a woman taking in the act of adultery, or is he going to be

harsh like he was a man who picked up sticks to make a fire on a Sabbath day and God said kill him, stone him to death.

Which is it? Well, this is the true nature of God and I tell you you need to understand these

things in order to have a positive relationship with the Lord. Today is my last day to offer this

over television. So we're asking for a donation of any amount for this 150-page
