| 1:24.0 | In through your nose. |
| 1:27.0 | In through your nose and out through your mouth. |
| 1:37.0 | One more time. |
| 1:45.0 | time. In, through your nose, and out through your mouth. Start to consciously relax every part of your body. |
| 2:08.0 | We'll start from your toes. |
| 2:12.0 | Work up through your legs. |
| 2:17.0 | Now into your stomach. |
| 2:19.0 | Now your arms and up to your shoulders neck and of course your head. |
| 2:31.0 | And now we are ready to set our scene. |
| 2:37.0 | What a lovely place you're in today. |
| 2:49.0 | You're in a quiet, vast forest. Can you smell the pine trees? |
