Good to be here.

The last time we were talking about the holiness of God, drawing from a new book entitled

Holy is his name the transforming power of God's holiness and scripture.

And as I mentioned at the beginning of the last episode I've been working on this book for over three years going back before COVID,

but I've also discovered more recently that I've been working on this book for nearly 50 years going back to my first conversion when I was 14 living in Western

Pennsylvania discovering the holiness of God through the teaching ministry of

Dr. R.C. Sproll who had just set it up a year before at the Ligonier Valley Studies Center in

Ligonier, Pennsylvania, about an hour from where I was growing up and going to high school.

This is a pattern, I think, of my favorite Scott Hahn books, is that some seed that was planted way back in your

Protestant past like what does it mean it is finished turns into this flowering as you come into the Catholic Church of understanding.

It reminds me, I'm not sure, I don't think I've ever told you this anecdote that's that's about you but it but it sounds like it's about me

when I first came to Franciscan University and was studying.

One evening I found myself praying in the

in the Eucharistic Chapel in the port and you came in and sat down and I'm like,
