A Mexican-National named Felipe Santos gets into a traffic accident and mysteriously disappears after he is taken into police custody.

Three months later, an African-American man named Terrence Williams also vanishes after being pulled over for a traffic stop.

Incredibly, both men were last seen in the custody of the same police officer.

After that, the trail went cold.
