Hori County, South Carolina.

22-year-old Lisa Myers-Newgent phones her mother

to let her know that she is staying at a resort

with her estranged spouse, Frank Isley,

but is planning to end the relationship

and return home to North Carolina.

After not hearing from her for nearly two weeks,

Lisa's parents traveled to her residence

and discovered that it has been ransacked

and Lisa and Frank have disappeared.

A warrant is issued for Frank's arrest

on unrelated charges and he remains a wanted fugitive

for four years until he is found.

However, Lisa is no longer with Frank

and he fails to provide any information

on her whereabouts, so no trace of her is ever found.

After that, the trail went cold.
