2010 death of Jack Wheeler. The victim in this story led a particularly interesting life,

of impressive achievements, including the creation of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington,

D.C. But unfortunately, Jack's life would end in a very tragic fashion, as his body was discovered

locations, doing a number of things which did not seem to make much logical sense.
