Air Day we're at the top now of the

positional spectrum having done sheen guards through power ford's point guards will be next obviously

But a center some of it's just process of elimination everyone that's big that we haven't talked about yet

It is probably gonna be in here, but what is it that makes a center and what are the criteria that we are evaluating these players on day

Because I think that that's something that can get lost in the analysis in center sometimes

Or just what you need from that position. We can start with the criteria and the idea as it is for all of our position rankings

And the top 10 players which we will do after that is

Imagining a season full season plus playoffs starting today and

How much you want how how much you think that player will help your team

And so there are a lot of things that come into that that are factors there

And so for me one of the things that makes center different is

How do you impact the team's defense because if a center is a negative defensive player or a less of a positive

It is much harder to make up for that somewhere else

You're probably going to have to sacrifice something most notably spacing

It's harder to find players who can protect the rim. Let's say and so whether we're talking lack of versatility

Or just not being able to execute the scheme that you can do very well. Those are real limitations

However, of course players can make up for that on the offense

Then they can be brilliant as distributors or offensive forces drawing a ton of fouls

But that idea of being able to do competently defender position is so central to the center position

Because there isn't really another way to make up for it. Yeah, unlike the power forward position
