and today I am going to run through the top seven ways that the

fitness and nutrition industry has failed you. Now this is something that I did as

a blog series which you can read on neurotype training.com, but if you

guys know me, you know I'm long-winded and I like to elaborate on shit so I figured we might as well just make this a full

podcast episode so I can say my peace without feeling constricted by you know the

amount of of words I can use and even though my writing is long-winded anyway. I figured I can just ramble on about some of this stuff and

Give you guys some insight into my list of ways that the fitness and

industry and fitness and nutrition industry has failed you.

And this is coming from personal experience.

These are all things that I went through myself

and feel like we just need to create more awareness.

We just need to continue to change the message and shift the tide.

And I think we're getting there.

So my goal is to just like I said provide more awareness education

and understanding around individual needs and in context and how it's so

important to look at everything through your own and context and how it's so important

to look at everything through your own personal lens

because the reality is that there is an abundance of information

out there.
