Every time I needed validation that someone thought my next action step was a good idea,

instead of trusting that if I felt it was the right next action step for me,

it was going to lead me ultimately to where I wanted to go.

Every time I outsourced that intuition, I actually lessened my belief in myself.

Intuition is that little voice. Sometimes it's more of like a nudge or a body sensation.

Sometimes maybe it sounds like your internal dialogue, but it's you. It's your internal

compass. It's your internal guidance system.

And there's all different ways that our own intuition speaks to us and communicates with us.

But if you right now don't feel like you have clarity about what next action steps to take, or if you feel like, okay, this is

crazy, I've never felt that someone is guiding me or that I have this internal guidance system,

what might actually be happening is you might be blocking the intuition that you absolutely do

have. We all have it as human beings. You know, whatever your

belief system is, whatever you believe in, and whatever you call your higher power and your

guidance, your internal guidance, we all have it. We all have the ability to connect with it.

But until I was well into my 30s, I had never heard of
