All right, I have another very interesting topic, inflammation, okay?

0:26.7

And inflammation is a normal healing repair process, but the problem is when your body has

0:32.6

chronic inflammation, all sorts of destruction can occur. And also in an infection against a virus

0:39.2

or a bacteria or another pathogen, it's our own body's reaction to that pathogen that creates

0:46.3

the damage. In other words, it's our own immune inflammatory condition that creates the collateral

hand knowledge of that with my left elbow, my back, with my ankles from all the massive injuries

1:55.8

that I've experienced. And out of all the drugs, the top-selling drugs, the number one worldwide

2:02.2

selling drug is Humera. What is that drug for? Inflammation. And so a tremendous amount of people

2:09.2

on this planet have too much inflammation. Now, before I get into the causes of inflammation,

2:16.2

I want to touch on a new word that you may never heard before. It's called inflammatory
