Welcome everybody to this week's episode of the Top 10 show.

I am John Roka.

I am Matt Nose staring at the president on a tiny little video screen on my laptop, delivering

to the nation that we are in a state of national emergency.

Does that mean, like, martial law, or does that mean, like, we're figuring, like, we're okay,

and we're going to figure things out?

Like, whoa, no, I mean, anytime you declare emergency, it's not like, guys, we got this.

It's a all hands-on-deck situation. Oh, okay. Emergency means emergency. Okay. I know for states, it allows them more fluidity

with patients and hospitals and more people qualify for Medicaid. Right, right. Get more people

processed through the system quicker without the red tape and regulations of, you can't move

this person to here until you verify they have the insurance to move to them. Right, right. That doesn't matter right now. Just like, let's move them along.

It's scary, though. But it's, I mean, this is, this is, I was talking to Roxy Stryer and she said on her live feed. You got to drop the last name. It's not like we know many Roxy's in common. That's a fair point.

It's a fair point. Oh, it would be weird to call her Stryer. Yeah, right? Because I don't really think of a strier when I think of her.

she said that her grandparents who were like 80 to 83 years old have never ever seen it like this.
