So many great tweets and emails following yesterday's open to the show talking about the new uniforms, name.

Of course, the conversation morphed into the name.

Yeah, it's amazing to me, once again, some of you have just straight out comprehension and listening

issues but the bottom line is I don't have a problem with any of you any of you who don't

care about the name issue or who like the name.

You're entitled to that opinion.

That's completely up to you.

And I think the difference is I'm not going to lecture you about having the feelings

you have about liking the name or not liking the conversation about the name.

But when you tell me, don't talk about the name because nobody cares about the topic,

that's when I draw the line.

It's terrible advice for anybody that's trying to attract an audience to the show. Um, and the fact that

you actually believe that it's a turnoff to the audience is just a reflection of how detached

you are, um, from the audience and the fan base, both past, present and, you know, on the limb, you know, on the fence right now.

Yeah, I'm not going to stop talking about it.

I will say what I've said for the last year or so.

I don't love talking about it anymore.

It's not the passionate topic, even though I get passionate when I discuss it. I don't feel it the way I used to, because I know that the right answer isn't an available answer.

So the fact that Redskins is never coming back makes the conversation for me a little bit subdued and at times a little bit

tedious, which would play into the way some of you feel, but it's for a different reason.

It's just, you know, I understand how important this is to the majority of the fan base.

I do. And if you don't, that's uh, but don't tell us how to feel.
