I'd like to start by saying that everyone's immediate willingness to believe and spread

without evidence, the idea that if we're late, it's because I'm eating Pop-Tarts feels hurtful.

Sometimes, I don't need that to be the entire chat when we're briefly late. But anyway, I wasn't eating Pop-Tarts.

I was eating a different product that is in many ways very similar to a Pop-Tart. But we are not

just gonna go solo today. I know Thursday's normally like a day of solar or whatever.

My daughter got me a little bit sick and my throat's getting, like, it's

just, I was worried that my voice might give out or whatever. So I needed some backup. So I decided

to get the strongest backup in the game. Yaz is here. Yes, how's it going? Hi, I'm very excited

to be your backup. I also might be coming down with something. So between the two of us, we'll get through the show.

Okay, well, I'll back you up for your throat. You back up me. I got you, you got me. Yeah,

we'll do it that. Exactly. But anyway, together you have almost one healthy human internet. I hope you enjoy it.

But anyway, we do have a lot that we're going to be talking about today. Not only the ongoing battle over to what extent, if any, the midterm elections will be up

to the voters to decide. We're going to be giving updates on that. Along the way, we're going

to get to make fun of Lauren Boehre a little bit, which is fun. We've got a big breaking news on Donald Trump's big fraud lawsuit.

We're going to be diving into that, what it actually means, what it does not actually mean,

the ways that Trump is lying about it.

And a whole lot more besides Cracker Barrel doing a bit of a rebranding, and it has provided the right with the thing

they'll freak out about

this week, I guess, that'll be fun. And that's all up in the first hour. In the aftermath,

Alex Jones is, I think, mentally preparing himself for Donald Trump to keel over at any minute.
