Summary

Food photographer + writer Dennis Prescott (aka Dennis The Prescott) is this week's guest. When I say food photographer, I mean FOOOD photographer. As in, I suddenly become starving anytime I look at his photos. They are vibrant, beautiful, and literally dripping with goodness. Mainly, cheese.

Listen in to hear us discuss the things we had to eat (in this case, drink), the people we thought were neat, and all the things that made us say sheeeeet. And then find all the links below.

Okay, I appreciate it. All right. So 20 minutes on the clock. Are you ready? I am.

1:05.2

Let's start with eat because I had no idea what this thing was. So you said that you had this roasted cauliflower and

1:14.2

smoked potato soup on a treggar wood pellet. Is that how you say it? Yeah, it is actually. And I googled it

1:22.4

and I'm like, oh, it's a grill. Never heard of it before. So do you have one of these at your house? I do. Yeah, it's,

1:29.3

1:35.3

you get a new toy for Christmas and it's all you want to play with for a little while. But it's the

1:40.8

coolest thing because it's a wood pellet grill.

1:48.9

So it's these little pellets that it gets fed through an auger, which just creates the heat.

1:53.9

And then you can switch it so you can start out as a smoker and then switch it to a grill.
