So good to be with you all. So a couple of weeks ago I shared that I'm

recovered alcoholic and when I drank I smoked like that went hand in hand.

Show of hands if you love smoking just can we'll get there but I saw you're like yeah

actually me too. Like whenever I drank I smoked. It was like it was something I

loved and so I would like I guess it probably started like in the eighth grade if

you've never smoked and you're like why is he hitting them? You don't know but

you're about to. Yeah in the eighth grade like started smoking and then you know we'd

go out in Austin and just after a few drinks like smoking just sounded nice.

Stressful day at work, smoking sounded nice. It was like it's just a thing that I

enjoyed and you know I'm not looking to create a stumbling block for anybody but

there was there was like some satisfaction to it. It's like I knew that it would

give me a little bit of relaxation and rest to like decompress some, get to be

outside. It was like even though I knew I mean surgeon general warning I mean it's right

there what does this one say quitting smoking now greatly reduces serious

risk to your health you know I knew that it caused cancer but it didn't really

not are much to me because it was kind of satisfying. So here it was see I got a nice

pack on that one I haven't lost it. I haven't got a cigarette in 17 years but
