My ordeal started about five months ago.

It was a usual day.

Wake up, go to work, be bored out of my mind.

Only it was a night.

I worked the night shift at a small pawn shop, and the night passed at a clasher pace.

That's usually good news, as I'd browse the internet on my phone.

But my charger did that thing when you sleep, and it just bloody disconnects, leaving

you with no battery to speak of.

And me being me, I didn't notice until I got to work.

Great.

So I was alone, and bored out of my mind for some ten hours.

But the night eventually passed.

A coworker came in his morning broke, so I left.

On my way to the car, I stopped at a local mart, and grabbed a couple of sandwiches in

a water bottle.

I was too lazy to make myself something to eat when I get home, so I figured I just
