that has changed my life because it's an internal practice that can be applied anywhere, anytime.

You can bring it into your own consciousness. You don't have to just be sitting in a therapy

session to practice IFS and IFS has helped me heal from trauma and it's brought me back to a deep

inner sense of safety. It's radically improved my relationships to others but most importantly,

it's deeply, deeply healed my relationship to myself and to all of the parts of who I am,

I have so much forgiveness for my past and for my behaviors from the past and all of the

ways I may have acted out and I can deeply and compassionately love myself now as a result of
