I think this started out as a dare.

As I recall, there's somewhere in the heated arguments of Nightmare and Elm Street,

the series we recorded in the spring. I don't remember

why, but for some reason it became an aesthetic debate as to which Texas chainsaw do you

prefer, the original or the remake, and slick Hollywood versus grimy indie and all of that. And I

believe that it started with you and me having a throwdown saying we were going to settle this debate once and for all for Halloween.

Well, I'm here representing Slick Hollywood, I guess, which normally isn't a good thing, but I'm still happy to do it.
