I'm Alex Kazora.

I'll call my shot here, mostly because it's a Friday in late July and I'm less prone to getting old takes exposed here but I think

Naji Harris is going to have a big year. How big? I'm less sure, but a career year.

Career high in rushing yards, his current mark sits at 1,200 on the dot,

and yards per carry, which settles in at 3.9. The yards will be a little harder to accomplish since he won't be the true workhorse he was as a rookie,

but a healthier yards per carry will make up for it.

Harris himself should be healthy.

He was hurt at the start of last year bothered by a foot injury that did not get better until

after the byweek. From week 10 and on in 2022, Harris averaged 4.1 yards per carry.

This off-season, the Steelers O-line got better with Isaac Sayeamalu and Broderick Jones, while the offense crucially has an identity and vision for the team they want to be out of the gate.

Last season, they did not figure that out until about midway through which Harris himself admitted.

Now Jaylon Warren will still have a serious impact on this team and I am excited for him in year two.

But Harris can prove he's one of the better backs in football this season

and has all the right pieces around him.
