team's treasure. We see that with players, where a quarterback struggles in one system, only to

shine when he gets a fresh start on a new team. And we certainly see that with head coaches.

They call it the coaching carousel for a reason. It's surprisingly common when an NFL team hiring their next head coach

chooses someone who is just fired from that same position on another team. John Harbaugh made the

transition from the Ravens to the Giants in less than two weeks. The same is true of Kevin

Stefansky, fired by the Browns and hired by the Falcons. But not all coaches will see the

incredible success in their reboot,

the way Andy Reid has done with the Kansas City Chiefs.
