The two-game suspension of Pittsburgh Steelers' wide receiver, D.K. Metcalfe seemed a bit harsh on the surface after his altercation with the Detroit Lions fan at Ford Field in Week 16. But that's what the NFL handed down. Now, the focus shifts to the impact on the offense regarding Metcalf's absence. It might seem like a major blow to the Steelers, especially late in the season.

But I don't think that will be the case. Sure, Metcalf is the Steelers leader in targets,

yards, and touchdowns, and is the clear number one receiver. But his absence isn't going to

derail the offense entirely. It's not as if he's the main piece that makes this go.

He's a good player, don't get me wrong, but he's not a superstar that the offense revolves around.
