July to everybody happy training camp month just a couple weeks away but it is the longest

drag to get to that point day very quiet on the new cycle front right now so we will find some things like

always to talk about but we are we're trying to power through these dog days of summer

Yeah, this is this is the rough the the extra rough part of the off season here and you get into this first week of July.

Obviously you got July 4th coming up and you know probably a lot of people vacationing and just a whole news cycle at this point is is super slow so you really have to do your best to kind of manufacture some things that you haven't already beat up 17 times already and we will attempt to do as such today.

So gonna be a slow week unless we get some kind of unexpected, I don't know, you know,

contract extension news or anything like that, but usually generally this this this week in the calendar

specifically July 4th week for the Steelers is is normally super duper slow.

Right right so probably would expect if anything were to occur next week for extension talks and those would

be the Pat Friamuths, the Nashi Harris's, the Cam Haywards and maybe a surprise or two in there, but we'll talk about that.

If anything comes up, Dave, let's start up with a study that you had done the other day about

Russell Wilson and his deep ball you always do those great

contextualization posts to kind of really you know bring the play literally play by

play to life to really give the reader a direct viewpoint into something you're talking about.

And so I think we've all kind of known still conventionally that Wilson physically, still

talented with his arm, can still throw the deep

ball but what were your main takeaways from that study? I think first and foremost I

just was looking to show that hey hey, this guy, you know, for as long as he's been in the league now, what this is going to be is what 13th NFL season at the age of 35 and just based off of last year alone.
