Hey guys, welcome to the show. Today I have a very special guest, John Noise. He is one of the speakers for Stand to Reason. He's on staff with Stand to Reason and he's been we've been on the same tour basically for the last eight months with Stand to Reason for the student reality apologetics conference.

And I wanted to have him on because his talk has been on suicide.

So that's what his talk has been during this whole conference.

And there was an article in New York Times the other day about the the

mental health crisis among US teens and I wanted to have him on to talk about

this crisis and talk about suicide.

And the article, the main article in the New York Times, the title is

It's Life or Death, The mental health crisis among US teens.

And the subtitle is, Depression, self-harm, and suicide are rising among American adolescents.

And when I first saw these articles the other day, I knew that the New York Times would not really get to the real reasons why this crisis is happening.

And I didn't even want to read the articles

because I thought they're just not,

they're not gonna have any real answers.

And so of course that day I saw a tweet by Ali Bostucky and she she

tweeted this the New York Times reports mental health for teens is at an all-time low, but they don't say the real reasons why.

It's not hard, and then she lists several reasons. It's not hard.
